Book a free in home consultation
- Surita will come to your home to see the space you’re looking to renovate and to get a feel for your style.
- She’ll discuss your wishlist and what you’re looking for in a new space
- Ask questions about what functions the space will need to perform, so that we can provide the most beneficial design for your lifestyle.
2.
Concept design presentation
- Surita will present to you 3D concept plans so you can visualise the design.
- The concept design will include the general layout of the interior architecture, as well as the wall placement, windows, doors and perhaps even some colours and furnishings.

Client commitment
- At this stage, you will need to decide If you wish to proceed.
- Once contracts are signed and the deposit is paid, we will further develop a more detailed design and architectural drawings if required.

Devoloped design
- This includes a more detailed plan of the interior architecture, any electrical or plumbing requirements, structural changes and additions, colour schemes and options for finishing touches if considered at this stage.
- If consent is required, Surita will prepare architectural drawings, specifications and undertake a feasibility study to ensure the design meets local resource consent and planning permission requirements.

Final plans
- Once the scope is agreed, we’ll finalise the plan details including cabinetry, wall details, windows, flooring, hardware, tapware and final colour schemes for final sign off.
- There will be more than one product supplier available so you aren’t locked into using one provider for all the materials.
- We will also provide a schedule for when you can expect stages of the work to be completed with an accurate cost estimate and payment structure for the entire project.
6.
Installation and quality checks
- We will manage all installation and site works for the entire project including the ordering and delivery of products and materials.
- Pieter manages our friendly team of subcontractors who are all the best at what they do.
- Regular communication and reporting is a priority so you can feel confident things are progressing on time and to budget.
- Once installation is complete we do a full quality assurance check of the work to make sure it is up to our high standards.
